Committee reports: Committee reports were presented on EXPRESS Project,Parametrics and PPC (')olicy and Planning Committee). The PCP report stressed the need for review of the handbook and reorganization efforts (WG6.11 and 12; quality committee), and the need for liaison between different technical committees (JWG9, TC 184,29, 154, 172,211,213).
